Restoring Injector Performance and Fuel Integrity on MY BAU 1 Yacht

The yacht’s starboard engine showed multiple fuel system faults during inspection. First, injectors were removed and tested for performance accuracy. Several injectors failed to meet manufacturer pressure standards. Additionally, internal leaks were found in nozzle tips and coils. Technicians replaced faulty injectors with calibrated, factory-approved components. Fuel pressure regulators were cleaned and adjusted to optimal settings. Common rail tubes were flushed and inspected for surface contamination. Finally, sensors were cleaned and prepared for onboard testing procedures.

A new battery was recommended for stable power delivery. Additionally, solar panel installation was advised for continuous battery charging.

Lastly, safety and monitoring systems were reviewed for long-term reliability. Water ingress alarms were suggested for unexpected flooding scenarios. Gas detection systems were proposed to prevent explosive vapor accumulation. Hydraulic leaks on the gangway piston were noted and seal replacement recommended. Maintenance logs were updated for future service tracking. Continuous monitoring via IGC system was advised for performance optimization. All repairs were completed with client representatives present. Final tests confirmed successful operation under various load conditions. The yacht was cleared for safe and efficient use.
