Restoring Injector Performance and Fuel Integrity on MY BAU 1 Yacht

The yacht’s starboard engine showed multiple fuel system faults during inspection. First, injectors were removed and tested for performance accuracy. Several injectors failed to meet manufacturer pressure standards. Additionally, internal leaks were found in nozzle tips and coils. Technicians replaced faulty injectors with calibrated, factory-approved components. Fuel pressure regulators were cleaned and adjusted to optimal settings. Gas detection systems were proposed to prevent explosive vapor accumulation. Hydraulic leaks on the gangway piston were noted and seal replacement recommended.
