Timur Balaban is a Corporate and Technical Consultant at INNOMAR Marina Yacht Port Tourism Management and Construction Inc. He was born in 1970 in Polatlı, Ankara. Timur completed his primary education in Edirne and his secondary and high school education in Polatlı, Ankara. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Anadolu University.
Timur began his career in 1995 at the Istanbul Directorate of Revenue,
National Real Estate Department. In 2004, he passed the internal promotion exam and completed a nine-month professional training course. By 2007, he passed the specialization exam in Ankara and was appointed as a National Real Estate Specialist in 2008, following various in-house training programs.
Throughout his career, Timur served in various departments as a Service Manager and Coordinator. He voluntarily retired from the institution in February 2023. During his tenure, he participated in numerous training sessions and seminars, enhancing his knowledge and expertise in administrative and regulatory matters.
In 2022, leveraging his extensive experience, Timur joined INNOMAR Marina to provide technical consultancy in both administrative and regulatory affairs. He continues to contribute to the company’s success in his role. Timur is
married and has two children.
